After joining the public service in 2007 as a territorial engineer, Julien HERBERT worked for several years as a public contracting authority for the construction and renovation of schools. He then joined the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion where he was Deputy Head of Office in the Office of Stakeholders, Products and Innovation in Construction. Since 2019, he has joined the AQC (Agence Qualité Construction) where he has been a project manager to support some project owners such as SOLIDEO in mastering innovation, particularly in the field of bio-based construction. He is now the manager of partnerships and territorial initiatives within AQC.
