*Proof of Student or Trainee status is required at time of registration. Please provide an official letter on your Institution’s letterhead indicating your status. It can be uploaded on the “Registration Options” page.

Visa Requirements

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a travel visa to attend the Woodrise Congress will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and the Woodrise Secretariat has received full payment. It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into Canada.

Cancellation Clauses

Registration cancellations received in writing at the Woodrise Congress Secretariat’s address on or before 22 July 2025, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD $150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy.

Cancellations received after 22 July will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate.

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
