Please note a credit card is required to complete your registration.
*Proof of Student or Trainee status is required at time of registration. Please provide an official letter on your Institution’s letterhead indicating your status. It can be uploaded on the “Registration Options” page.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION CLAUSES
Registration cancellations received in writing at the Woodrise Congress Secretariat’s address on or before July 22, 2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD $150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy.
Cancellations received after July 22, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

We are excited to offer a special rate at the Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel for Woodrise attendees. Nestled in the heart of the city, this 5-star hotel offers stunning waterfront views, world-class amenities, and an unbeatable location right next to the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Rooms can be reserved when purchasing your conference ticket. Please note that there are limited rooms available and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
Rates: $320 CAD per night*
*Based on single occupancy, excluding fees and taxes.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a travel visa to attend the Woodrise Congress will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment has been received by the Woodrise Secretariat. It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into Canada.
