We are excited to offer a special rate at the Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel for Woodrise attendees. Nestled in the heart of the city, this 5-star hotel offers stunning waterfront views, world-class amenities, and an unbeatable location right next to the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Room Rate and Booking Information
Rooms can be reserved after purchasing your conference ticket. Please note that there are limited rooms available and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
Rates: $320 CAD per night*
*Based on single occupancy, excluding fees and taxes.
Booking Deadline
Hotel booking deadline is on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 23:59 PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Please note rooms may be sold out prior to this date.
It is recommended that you book accommodation early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability.

Official Housing Bureau
Woodrise Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Congress. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Woodrise attendees only.
The success of Woodrise depends on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors using the official Congress accommodation by booking through the official housing bureau Woodrise cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of Congress at risk.

Please review the following guidelines and policies regarding reservations, cancellations, and other important details to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel.
Your understanding and compliance with these terms help us maintain the highest standards of service for all attendees.
Full pre-payment for the room and tax amount will be charged to the credit card on the booking on Friday, August 22nd, 2025. This deposit is non-refundable.
Must be made no later than Friday, August 22nd, 2025 in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations and reductions in room nights after Friday, August 22nd, 2025 will result in all nights being charged to the credit card on file.
No refunds will be issued for No Shows.
