We are pleased to offer Woodrise attendees a special rate at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel, located just a 5-minute walk (approximately 350 meters) from the Vancouver Convention Centre, our official congress venue.

Official Housing Bureau
Woodrise Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will assist with coordinating housing requirements for the Congress. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Woodrise attendees only.
The success of Woodrise depends on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors using the official Congress accommodation by booking through the official housing bureau Woodrise cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of Congress at risk.
Terms and Conditions
Please review the following guidelines and policies regarding reservations, cancellations, and other matters to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay at the Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel. Your understanding and compliance with these terms help us to maintain the highest standards of service for all attendees.
Payment Policy for Individual Reservations
Full pre-payment for the room and tax amount will be charged to the credit card on the booking on Friday, August 22nd, 2025. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation or Shortening Length of Stay
Must be made no later than Friday, 22 August, 2025, to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations and reductions in room nights after Friday, 22 August, 2025, will result in all nights being charged to the credit card on file.
Refunds will not be issued for No no-shows.
