Clara Schmitz is Head of International Expansion at GROPYUS – a German-Austrian technology-based construction company focused on building aspirational, sustainable and affordable multi-story residential buildings using highly automized, off-site timber construction methods. In this role, she is leading GROPYUS’ international growth initiatives and is thus responsible for identifying new markets, developing market entry strategies and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients, currently focusing on Northern America and Australia. After receiving her MBA from Yale School of Management, she worked as Head of Business Development at another proptech company before joining GROPYUS in 2020.
